Prior to joining IPG, Ms. Napasney started her career at Sun Life Financial where she spent 21 years working her way through the Annuity Client Services/Group Retirement Services chain, which included death claim processing, annuity administration services, call centre implementation and management, and Team Lead of Annuity Client Services.

Known for her attention to detail, inquisitiveness and strong customer relations, Ms. Napasney has been part of many projects which resulted from large acquisitions or system conversions. She has also been involved in internal audit and emergency preparedness processes, ensuring day to day operations are not interrupted and clients’ needs are met.

Ms. Napasney joined IPG in 2008 and currently Supervises and coordinates the day to day activities of the Bordereau, Trust and Claims Administration team. This includes the daily review and control of financial activity in/out of IPG trust accounts, the monthly creation and delivery of financial reports to clients, and the coordination and set up of new programs acquired.
