IPG has dedicated intake and triage administrators who act with urgency when a new claim comes in. Depending on the type and size of the loss, it will be triaged to the desktop unit for in-house adjustment or referred to an examiner who will then assign a field adjuster. Our claims intake process is simple and straightforward, with a single mailbox for Canada-wide reporting of all claims and incidents.

To keep you informed, we’ll send you automatic notifications so you know when a claim occurs, who’s handling it, and when it’s closed. We can also set up these notifications to include as much or as little detail about the file as you need.
