About IPG

The International Programs Group (IPG) is among North America's leading TPA providers with offices in the United States and Canada. We are fully staffed to handle all lines and complexity of claims. Each team of senior and desktop examiners is conversant with Lloyd’s of London service levels and terms of engagement and has the added benefit of being equipped with regional expertise. When adjusters are required, IPG assigns from a roster which includes a variety of niche, regional and national firms.

IPG's History

IPG was formed in 2008 as the Third Party Administration arm of our parent company, SCM Insurance Services. At that time, the existing TPA accounts were administered by three employees. Today, IPG is made up of a team of 50 full-time employees across Canada and the United States.

Managing Director Patrick Scott and Senior Vice President Blue Schindler have extensive loss adjusting experience and substantive knowledge of the insurance business and have led and developed IPG since day one. They have both owned their own firms, and lead IPG with an entrepreneurial style. Mr. Scott and Ms. Schindler have developed a claims management program that has been refined and customized to meet the evolving requirements of the London market.
